Booking Advice, Terms & Conditions

Availability
Our online booking facility automatically updates the Availability page, so gives a good overview of which of our two cottages can be booked for specific dates, however there are rare occasions where a booking has been confirmed by email or telephone in our absence so we are unable to guarantee that the information is 100% accurate at all times.

Booking
Provisional bookings can be made online from our website. We believe this is the most efficient way to book your well earned break. If however you have some questions or would prefer, you may contact us by email or telephone. We can hold a provisional booking for 5 days to allow you time to pay by credit/debit card, BACs or to send a cheque for your deposit. When your payment has been received, we will send you a message confirming your booking and give details of the final balance and when it is due. If you are booking less than 6 weeks before your arrival date, then the total rent is payable.
Your confirmed booking will require a deposit of 25% of the rental value with the balance to be paid on your arrival. In the event of your cancellation, every effort will be made to re-book and if successful your 75% balance will be refunded. The deposit is not refundable. We do recommend that you consider taking out holiday protection insurance to cover your stay.
Emails may be sent to info@wheatley-farm.co.uk or you may telephone 01566 781232. If we do not answer, it may be because we are working outside on the farm so please leave your contact details, the name of the cottage you would like to stay in and the dates of interest. We listen to our messages and read our emails at regular intervals during the day, and will get back to you very quickly to discuss your requirements.
